Bill Culbertson has assisted middle-market companies throughout his working life. For over 30 years, he has steadily advanced his education and honed business skills in finance, administration and law, and he has been consistently recognized by the financial and professional communities for his stanch integrity.
His career accomplishments are broad and deep. Early experiences in public accounting, management consulting and private investment banking provided an initial exposure to problem loan workouts and business reorganizations on a national scale. After forming his own firm, Bill went on to personally lead several in-depth turnaround campaigns without seeking bankruptcy protection for distressed companies in a variety of industries.

Bill is a licensed attorney and member of the Kentucky and American Bar Associations, a licensed CPA and member of the Kentucky Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky sponsored by a regional Chamber of Commerce. In addition to a successful career in business, he has dedicated countless hours toward improving public education; he has served as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Kentucky University's College of Business teaching graduate courses in accounting, finance, and business law; and he has authored a number of articles that have been published in professional journals on the subject of assisting troubled business clients.
Andrew W. Culbertson, Director
Drew Culbertson has over 10 years of experience in public accounting and retail management combined. Since 2004, he has specialized in audits covering many industries, including for-profit, not-for-profit and employee benefit plan entity types. In addition, he has performed a number of client reviews to improve best practices and internal control systems and procedures, as well as providing assistance in such non-traditional areas as litigation support, managerial accounting and break-even analysis.
Drew has been recognized for excellence throughout his career, by both clients and his professional peers, and has achieved significant results, including:
- Prepared and presented contribution margin and liquidation analyses for a large regional bank regarding a non-performing commercial loan customer
- Developed complex "what if" analyses under various scenarios of a planned employee buyout, in support of the majority owner's exit strategy
- Designed and implemented an internal cash control system for a large local law firm
- Provided analytical support for damages calculations in civil litigation, including defective product and business interference claims

Drew is a licensed CPA and member of the Kentucky Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was honored by the KSCPA for receiving the highest grade in the State on two of the four parts of the CPA exam, and for placing among the highest overall in passing all four parts on his first attempt.
