His career accomplishments are broad and deep. Early experiences in public accounting, management consulting and private investment banking provided an initial exposure to problem loan workouts and business reorganizations on a national scale. After forming his own firm, Bill went on to personally lead several in-depth turnaround campaigns without seeking bankruptcy protection for distressed companies in a variety of industries.

In addition to a successful career in business, he has dedicated countless hours toward improving public education; he has served as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Kentucky University's College of Business teaching graduate courses in accounting, finance, and business law; and he has authored a number of articles that have been published in professional journals on the subject of assisting troubled business clients.
